Purpose of the post
- Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.
Take on the full care role in the home.
Collaborate with other agencies, for the benefit of the individuals, including attending reviews, meetings with health, consulting with specialists.
Administration of medicinesResponsibility for functions
- Ensure appropriate use of users' property e.g., medicine and cash.
Main duties
- There will be a need to go through the DBS processesThe need to work unsociable hours over seven days on a rota basis. This may include bank holidays and weekends as required.
