We are looking for:


The Pharmaron Liverpool Team has consistently delivered biologics programs across all development phases and
due to constant growth we are now recruiting a Support Operator to work part time 5 days a week from 1 until 5PM.

Key roles and responsibilities:


  • Inspection and cleaning of the labs ensuring set duties are completed and the labs are in good condition
  • Media and consumable stock check and ordering, Receipt and replenishment to POU.


  • Media delivery

  • Receipt, unpacking and labelling of media upon delivery
  • Media and buffer preparation
  • Removal of Lab Waste
  • To provide support to the Pharmaron support Team across our lab service where necessary as the service grows
  • Supports the BDMO&C Manager with health and safety compliance and identification/delivery of improvements.
  • Participates in SHE or service audits and lead the implementation of actions.
  • Previous experience in the completion of SOP's, COSHH, RA, and NEBOSH are desirable.
  • Completion of scheduled online Safety modules as per schedule

Requirements:


  • Proven excellent service focus and ability to work collaboratively
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Some knowledge and experience of lean sigma processes an advantage.
  • Able to partner with other teams and suppliers and deliver results
  • Ability to be flexible and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis
  • Competent in various IT systems particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a Lab Environment desired
  • Experience working to GLP & GMP desired
  • Stores/Warehouse and inventory management experience desired
