We are currently looking for a general handyperson to join our team.


General duties may include:

• Reporting any maintenance issues and confirming completion/status
• Daily, weekly and monthly checks.

- be helpful and deal with on-site staff and public professionally

• Dealing with contractors and confirming their work
• Provide basic safety inductions to contractors

- minor repairs and cleaning (this is not a specialised repair role. Repairs will include minor issues eg replacing bulbs)
- other duties to be confirmed

• Good verbal and written English.
• Excellent Teamwork
• Selfmotivated and reliable
• Attention to detail.
• Be flexible and adaptable in your working approach.
• IT/Administration Skills
• Basic ability to use handheld and low level power tools

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour
