About the role:

In this role you will deal with and resolving queries of varying complexity from students, academic staff and external clients.

You will provide an excellent service, using your judgement to resolve queries quickly and effectively.

You will monitor students' progress through to graduation, ensuring students receive feedback and marks for assessed work within the timescales set by the University.


About you:

With relevant work experience as an administrator in a busy environment, you will be able to show your ability and willingness to review and improve processes, ensuring work in completed to standard and within relevant timescales.

As a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, you will have the ability to develop creative approaches to problem solving with the appreciation of longer-term implications.

We anticipate that interviews will take place in the week commencing 20 March 2023.
