Job Purpose
To grow and support the ICE CRED customer franchise.


Responsibilities

  • Connect and build relationships with carbon markets participants via ICE Chat
  • Grow the number of firms using ICE CRED via ICE Chat
  • Grow the number of individual users within each firm using ICE CRED via ICE Chat
  • Provide customer support and product education to the existing firms currently using ICE CRED via ICE CHAT
  • Facilitate and coordinate onboarding of additional ICE CRED users to ICE Chat
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product instruction and sales process training
  • Provide support for proposed ICE chat services that leverage CRED
  • Accurately record activities and customer information in Salesforce and support the IBA commercial team as required
  • Achieve a strong competency in all needed databases, tools, systems and processes

Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
