Description
Job Purpose
To grow and support the ICE CRED customer franchise.
Responsibilities
- Connect and build relationships with carbon markets participants via ICE Chat
- Grow the number of firms using ICE CRED via ICE Chat
- Grow the number of individual users within each firm using ICE CRED via ICE Chat
- Provide customer support and product education to the existing firms currently using ICE CRED via ICE CHAT
- Facilitate and coordinate onboarding of additional ICE CRED users to ICE Chat
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, product instruction and sales process training
- Provide support for proposed ICE chat services that leverage CRED
- Accurately record activities and customer information in Salesforce and support the IBA commercial team as required
- Achieve a strong competency in all needed databases, tools, systems and processes
Knowledge and Experience

Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
