BLE is looking for a Production Planner to shadow and deputise for our Production Manager and become our lead on ERP across the business.

The expectation is this role will transition into Production Manager over the medium term.

You will be responsible for creating and administering production schedules and working with our team to ensure successful processing and completion of orders.

Additionally, you will become our business-wide ERP implementation lead, ensuring our software is used and maintained correctly. You will also record KPI results and support the categorisation, investigation and root cause analysis process.

Supporting the roll out of continuous improvement activities is key, as is the creation of standard operating procedures within the Production Area.

What we require:

In return we are looking to recruit someone who will support the Production Manager, you will bring experience and skill with ERP systems, have day to day 'know how' in Production Planning and can manage people effectively.

You will have ambition and be developing knowledge and expertise to ultimately progress into the role of Production Manager.

You will be responsible for creating and administering Production schedules with maximum efficiency and minimum waste in line with customer requirement and budget expectations.

You will record KPI results and support the categorisation, investigation and root cause analysis process.

Supporting the roll out of continuous improvement activities is key, as is the creation of standard operating procedures within the Production Area.
