An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong Administration Officer who can work well as part of a team in a busy office environmentYou will work closely with the both management and assessment staff to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily basis
As Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:
Consult with clients to book assessments
Liaise with the Assessment Team and Managers
Supporting colleagues
Provide advice and support to clients and their families regarding the assessment process
Preparing reports and sending them to clients and external bodies
Responding to information enquiries
Liaise with the DVLA, NHS and other referrers
Working alongside all staff to ensure administrative functions are managed correctly and in line with GDPR
Have proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)
Strong organisation skills and able to prioritise own workload
Problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong team player
Grade A-C in English and Maths or equivalent
