Job Advertisement - Administration AssistantGMS Services Ltd are a forward thinking water hygiene organisation who put our staff first.
We are looking to add to our fast paced Administration team to support our growth ambitions and to assist the Contract Manager & Contract Coordinator with our local and national contracts.
You would be based in our Wigan office.Task would include but not restricted to:
- Point of contact in the office for mobile engineers.
- Prepare quotations.
- Process purchase orders received.
- Audit completed service reports and Legionela risk assessment documents.
- Maintain our electronic system to ensure up to date at all times.
- Maintain our databases, portals, clients assets, schedules and site visits.
- Liaise with Customers and Suppliers.
- Assist Contract Manager with planning, scheduling, and booking in site visits.
- Attend meetings where required.
- Answer telephones / Welcome Visitors.
- Process water samples and arrange to be collected from the laboratory.

Prerequisite's for the role:
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft system.
- Knowledge and experience of working with excel spreadsheets is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner.
Skills:
- Ability to plan and organise workload to achieve KPI's.
- Work unsupervised (once fully trained) using own initiative to navigate around problems.
- Build healthy working relationships with peers and clients where appropriate.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
Standard working hours - 38 hours per week
Working Hours - Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pM/Friday 8am - 2:30pm
Salary:
£11.50
Salary:
£11.50 per hour
