Clyde
The Business Support Administrator - Compliance is based within our Clyde business area.
As the Ministry of Defence's commercial partner at HMNB Clyde, Babcock provides specialist engineering support services, including the management of infrastructure and nuclear facilities.
We also deliver operational maintenance, upgrades and repairs to support Royal Navy vessels, including the Vanguard and Astute-Class nuclear submarines.

As a Business Support Administrator - Compliance, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is a hybrid multi-functional role which will appeal to those looking for a varied and interesting opportunity.
Day to day, you'll carry out a variety of administrative duties - report generation, 'live' tasks, minute taking, document control, travel bookings etc.
You will provide secretarial support for a few committees and working groups, as well as supporting the Head of Department.

Essential experience
- MS Office
- MS Excel and database manipulation
- Minute taking experience
- Good communication and excellent administration skills
- A desire to learn Business Applications (e.g. IFS Portal, Concur)
- Must be able to achieve SC clearance
