Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or Certificate in Maritime relevant field


Work Experience:

No prior relevant experience required


Job-Specific Skills:

Familiarity with the maritime operations

Very good communication skills

Team work and cooperation

Fluency in English

PC literacy


ASSISTANT FLEET PERSONNEL OFFICER
- preparing seafarers' documentation and ensuring all paperwork is complete
- arranging travel for personnel joining and leaving vessels
- filing and record-keeping
- updating the personnel database in a timely and accurate manner
- administrative support to the team


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newcastle Upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
