Description

Job Title:
Care Assistant

Duties:

Provide assistance and support to individuals with daily living activities
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Help with meal preparation and feeding
Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with mobility and transfers
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate personnel

Compassionate and caring nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Patience and understanding when dealing with individuals with physical or cognitive limitations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs

Note:
Previous experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 8-60 per week

Salary:
£10.46-£20.92 per hour
