Location - London Office

Package -
:£25 - £27kbasic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

Day to day responsibilities:

Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find highquality professionals
Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
Negotiating offers
Updating and maintaining our inhouse database
Learning about technology and global financial markets

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:

Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
Motivated to hit KPIs
Be able to collaborate well within a team
