Both the Brixton and Dalston venues HACHA have also have won multiple awards and accolades and they aim to take Agave spirits to the next level alongside serving the finest Mexican street food.

Dalston HACHA opened in 2019 and Brixton in 2021, and HACHALITO is to open in Elephant & Castle next month.

Founded by Deano Moncrieffe (ex Diageo global Tequila ambassador, founder Equal Measures) and Emma Murphy (ex Milk and Honey, Gordon Ramsey & Drink Up London), Hacha is a celebration of Tequila & Mezcal, London's only Agaveria and home of the Mirror Margarita.

For 2023 we have huge ambitions to grow even more and we are building an exciting new team of talented and experienced professionals to elevate our brands even further.

• The Head Bartender will directly report to and work closely with the Bars Manager and Assistant Manager, maintain a close working relationship with the owners in their respective areas of the business and help lead the team.
• Service opening and closing duties, including end of night reporting.
• Being a trusted key holder to the venue and card holder for petty cash
• Maintain standards of H&S to meet necessary guidelines and certifications, ensuring venue & equipment is kept clean and maintained to highest standards.
• Prioritise guest fulfilment and satisfaction for all bookings.
• Help to lead & motivate the team.
• Ensure the Hacha style of service is followed by all team members.
• Take leadership in the absence of the owners and Bars Manager.
• This role is well suited for someone who wants to grow and develop their skills within an independent company.
