I am delighted to be working with an energy company to find a HR Business Partner to work from their site in Lincolnshire on a 9 month FTC.

This role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced advisor to increase their generalist and project specific experience.

Have exceptional Employee Relations knowledge and confidence supporting managers through a variety of ER cases.
Experience in working in a fast paced environment.
Ability to lead on endtoend recruitment.
Experience managing administration of functional tasks, projects and operational processes to include payroll, pensions and benefit schemes etc.
