Office Administrator

Salary:
£24,500 p.a.

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

London N1 (Shoreditch)

Our client is a legal research company that works with Solicitors, Banks, Trustees and Executors on research projects.


You will be working with a small team of administrative assistants providing an effective and efficient administrative service to the office.


Responsibilities:


  • Opening, scanning, and distributing of incoming mail.
  • Processing of outgoing mail with the help of an inhouse mail despatch system.
  • Assisting with case file retrieval and document filing in the offices.
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies, cleaning supplies and recycling bags for the offices.
  • Assisting with courier deliveries, preparing packages for collection and logging, and distributing incoming deliveries.
  • Preparing marketing packs for customers/clients, events, and local representatives.
  • Any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the Office Manager, internal staff, or Senior Management.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of MS Word and Excel
  • Some legal admin knowledge
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Consistent and organised approach to work
  • Team player, able to contribute to the effectiveness of the team
  • Excellent time management and punctuality
