One of the UK's leading full-service law firms are currently looking for a talented Junior Property Development Solicitor to join their growing Property Development team.

The Opportunity:

  • Take responsibility for supporting fee earners on transactional matters including the acquisition and disposal of development land, plot sales, planning and construction matters, and secured acquisition and development finance.

You will have:


  • 1+ years' PQE.
  • Good quality residential and/or commercial conveyancing and/or plot sales experience.
  • Experience of development transactions would be advantageous.
  • An enthusiasm to learn and develop your expertise.
  • Interest in business development activities.
