Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with well-established organisation who are experts in installing renewable products into homes.

They are now one of the leading companies in the UK delivering a range of energy efficiency and renewable measures and they are looking for exceptional telesales professionals to join their business for exceptional rewards financially.


With energy prices rising and concerns about greener energy solutions increasing, demand for efficient solutions is also increasing this companies Solar PV team is growing fast and this is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of this expansion.


My client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated telesales professionals to join their thriving and successful sales team based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.


You will be calling potential customers from warm leads, qualified fully twice to convert to orders, working from 8 qualified leads per day.

Objective to attain 25% conversation ratio - confirm 7 new customers per week. You are in a relaxed environment and encouraged to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:


  • Take responsibility for turning prospects into customers
  • Your role will be to inform and support the customer to make the right choices for their home
  • Accurately capturing and logging key information about every customer contact is vital and so great attention to detail is essential in this role.
  • Working to daily, weekly and monthly KPi's to ensure you are achieving your own individual targets
  • You will need the ability to follow policies and sales procedures
  • Selling Compliantly and within Regulatory standards is critical.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Direct sales or Telesales with a proven record of achievement and success
  • Ability to take on technical training in Renewable's and Home Insulation products
  • Ability to engage with the customer through the sales journey
  • Organised and structured in your daytoday work
  • Great communication skills both written and oral
  • Experience of objection handling
  • Selfmotivated with an understanding of the selling process
  • Strong track record of delivering results in a Telesales role
  • Experience of Solar Energy not essential as full product training given.

Package:

  • Basic salary: £27,500 pa realistic

OTE:
£40,000 pa, top performers are earning
