Multi Skilled Operative

Gillingham

Full Time, Permanent Up to £32,000 per annum plus company van and fuel card.

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners.

About the Role:

As a Multi Skilled Operative / Bathroom fitter you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from 'job' to 'job', on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task.

You'll need plenty of previous experience and a positive 'can do' attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key.

Are sub office is based in Gillingham and you'll be expected to cover the Gillingham area.

Role Criteria:

Core trade Plumbing, Tiling, Decorating, Sheet floor and Plastering.
On the job experience or a reliant trade qualification.
Social housing experience preferable.
Full UK clean driving licence.
