Position Overview:


As a Senior Administrator in the ROW (Rest of World) Welcome Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the onboarding process for new employees in international locations outside the primary operational regions of the organization.

This role involves coordinating with various departments, HR teams, and global offices to ensure a smooth and seamless welcome experience for new hires.

The Senior Administrator plays a crucial role in facilitating the integration of new employees, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting a strong company culture across international teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Onboarding Process Management:


  • Lead and oversee the endtoend onboarding process for new employees in ROW locations, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and relevant stakeholders to ensure new hires have access to the necessary tools, systems, and resources.

Welcome and Orientation:


  • Plan and execute a comprehensive welcome program for new employees to introduce them to the organization's culture, values, and business operations.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, providing information on company policies, benefits, and available support resources.

Support and Guidance:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period, addressing any queries, concerns, or challenges they may have.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into their teams and roles.

Compliance and Documentation:


  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in ROW locations, assisting with any necessary work permits or visa processes.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of onboarding activities and employee documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and department heads to identify onboarding needs and tailor the process to specific roles and locations.
  • Work closely with global offices to align onboarding practices and promote consistency in the employee welcome experience.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement:


  • Gather feedback from new hires and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
  • Implement improvements and enhancements to optimize the onboarding experience.

Employee Engagement and Retention:


  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention in ROW locations.
  • Identify opportunities to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, onboarding, or employee relations, with a focus on international locations preferred.
  • Familiarity with international employment laws, visa processes, and work permit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members effectively.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in a global environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and onboarding software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
