An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Electronic Patient Records implementation programme as a Digital Transformation and Benefits Lead.

This is a key role in our journey towards a shared electronic patient record (EPR) across the three Acute Trusts in our Integrated Care System.

The role will be based centrally and will work closely with peer roles in Royal United Bath Hospital, Salisbury Hospital and Great Western Hospital.


This post holder will work with colleagues across the Trust on benefits identification, management, and realisation for the EPR programme within the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) partnership.

The post holder will be required to deliver transformational change and to enable the successful delivery of the intended benefits, ensuring there is wide and proactive engagement with people.


You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills for influencing and managing complex situations, building engagement with a multitude of stakeholders both internally including clinical, operational and corporate teams and externally across the ICS.


We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven individual who has previous experience of managing large transformation and benefits realisation programmes, including line management of change teams.

Knowledge and understanding of the benefits that EPR implementations bring and how to leverage change to achieve the benefits would be ideal.

This post is responsible for benefits realization across three Trusts, readying the (GWH, RUH and SFT) for the transformational change that will deliver the intended benefits of a shared EPR within the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) partnership


This role will be responsible for Trust-wide change management and stakeholder-targeted communications, liaising with the Trust Comms team and the EPR programme team for the dissemination of information and management of responses.
