Your key responsibilities:
- Landscape guidance: provide expert advice and guidance on landscape proposals submitted for consideration by the Council.
- Customer satisfaction: First point of contact for advice on planning matters related to tree and hedgerow protection. Manage, deliver and maintain a quality service.
- Enforcement of planning control: Assist with the enforcement of planning control relating to breaches of legislation governing the protection of trees and hedgerows.
What we are looking for:
A good communicator with knowledge and proven experience of planning procedures and the related planning law framework, in particular for TPO's, Hedgerow Regulations and landscape schemes.
