Pod Talent is incredibly excited to be working with a rapidly growing luxury cosmetics company who are looking for a Remote Logistics Planner (EMEA, APAC) to join their fantastic UK team.

In this newly created role, you will be the glue between a number of different teams, based in the US & UK, such as sales, operations, 3PL warehouse and you will ensure to deliver exceptional service to their customers.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a business that has been growing year on year by 40% with the goal to expand the business further by opening new warehouses in the EU.

You will be:

Responsible for order management and order processing and ensuring the stock arrives OTIF
Managing 3PL, warehouse, freights, and couriers as well as overseeing the customs compliance
Working on continuous improvement projects to logistics operations
Building relationships with key customer counterparts

The ideal requirements:

2+ years of experience working within operations/logistics, ideally within FMCG or cosmetics environment
Experience managing 3PL/warehouses as well as understanding import/export documentation
Able to work with B2B customers
Organised, resilient and able to work in a fast paced environment
Strong Excel skills + ERP (ideally NetSuite)
