Description

As Lead Ganger you will manage Civil operatives overseeing the planning and execution of all resolution of blockages to meet contract delivery.

Responsibilities:

Accomplish delivery objectives by ensuring site is set up to regulatory and contractual standards.
Ensure Point of Work Risk Assessments are completed at each site attended and all operatives and/or site visitors are signed onto the risk assessment.
Complete appropriate daily prestart documentation.
Dig track work to a good standard.
Ensure all works images are captured on company supplied assets.
Correct usage of all tools, plant and equipment and be responsible for any assets assigned to them.
When excavating complete full cable avoidance survey and correctly mark any services prior to excavation; o Asset plan referral, permit to break ground, CAT & Genny survey, visual survey.
Report any delivery issues to supervision.
Ensure production targets are met.
Cooperate with the requirements of Lanesi in relation to health and safety and not inhibit our ability to meet our duties under the HSAWA
