Sharp Randfield are currently recruiting a Recruitment consultant or Business Manager to take the helm of their own desk.

Founded in 2023 we have enjoyed a period of growth and are ready for that next step.

This particular role will be a heavily sales oriented role, but you will also be required to run your desk on the operations side.

We are looking for a seasoned recruiter to join us with a demonstrated background in new business wins and operational excellence.

We have an excellent culture and operate a policy of of treating everyone like grownups We offer full autonomy for the right person.

What is our offer?
Base Salary starting with a £3*,** (what that figure is depends what you can bring)

Commission: 20% for the duration of the contract. No time limits. Residual income.

Working Hours:
Monday to Wednesday in the office 09:00 - 15:00. Every other Thursday work from home and Friday ALWAYS work from home. Same office hours apply.

Who are you?
Hopefully a seasoned recruiter that already has something to bring to the table.

A passionate Recruitment Consultant or Business Manager that wants to join a going concern and get in on the ground floor.

At the end of the day, anyone who joins will have clear career progression into senior management or directorship roles.

Requirements:

2 years of experience running and managing a successful desk.

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Proactive sales

Account management of existing client base

New business wins
