Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the most exciting, fast growth businesses with the Music Industry based in London, in their search for a Head of Finance.

The Business:

Working in a newly opened, extremely modern and exciting office space in London, this world-renowned music company is looking for a Head of Finance to join their finance growing team.

Our client is industry leading in their value led approach to work, with a sociable and friendly team centred around a love of music adding to the workplace culture.

This non corporate environment with over 200 employees offers great exposure to the musicindustry, with world renowned and high profile clients underpinning the success of the business.

There is also an ethos of continual development stemming from C Suite level, with great promotional opportunities available in the company mirrored by a low staffturnover rate throughout all departments.

The Role:

These duties will include:

Extensive financial reporting to the C Suite and external investors
Implement strong finance systems and processes
Provide insightful analysis to support and influence strategic business decision making
Ensuring insightful commentary and analysis surrounding financial statements and management accounts
Maintain tight control of cash and financial controls through effective management and build out of processes
Oversee statutory and tax compliance matters
Liaise and support senior stakeholders with adhoc reports and analysis

What we need to see (essential):

Fully Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or QBE Accountant
Strong communication skills
Strong commercial mindset

What we need to see (beneficial):

A passion for music
Experience with fundraising projects

Salary:
£85,000 - £110,000
