£23,715 - £27,131 per annum

Saïd Business School is recruiting for a Design Studio Administrator reporting to the Design Manager. They will support the Design Manager with the smooth running of the internal Design department. Tracking design projects through their various stages to ensure they are on time. Liaises with internal customers and print suppliers.


The Design Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the School's Digital Asset Management System (DAM), which holds images, video, content files and other design assets ensuring they are GDPR compliant.


The post holder will manage design requests and projects through the School's project management system and produce reports as and when required.

A reasonable level of design skills are required as the Design Administrator will be involved in working with the Internal Communications Manager producing simple, effective designs for internal promotions on digital channels.


A few of the responsibilities:

  • Acts as the first point of contact in the Design Studio for internal clients, suppliers and general enquiries.
  • Checks briefs are compliant, scheduling design project requests, creating new project files, progress chasing and ensuring deadlines and risks to projects are drawn to the attention of the Design Manager.
  • Manages the finance information in the project management system (Wrike).
