About Our Client:
You will be working for a leading non-profit organisation in Scottish Borders.
Main responsibilities include:
- Delivering an excellent and comprehensive tenant and customerfocused housing management service to tenants in designated areas;
- Managing and keeping the Housing Manager advised on all housing management activities in their patches, including estate management, tenancy management; tenancy disputes, antisocial behaviour, tenant participation, allocations and debt control;
- Assisting with identifying support service requirements, and effective tenant participation and provide a professional support referral and advice service;
- Working with, or as directed by the Housing Manager and Engagement Manager in the development of new initiatives to widen housing options for people in need and to develop mechanisms for effective tenant participation;
- Playing a lead role, providing specialist advice/assistance to other members of the team on a specific housing function agreed upon with the Housing Manager;
- Adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience within housing sector;
- UK Driving License;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Confidence using Microsoft Office package
