The Digital Services team are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Change Support Officer to join our upcoming digital change projects across the Trust - so, if this describes you, we would love to hear from you


If successful, you will:


  • Provide high quality administrative and project support to the Programme Manager and the digital change lead;
  • Play an integral role in maintaining project documentation and governance;
  • Work in a multidisciplinary and multiprofessional team on an exciting change project.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience in providing high-quality administrative support to either a project or an operational service team;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An interest (and even better experience) in quality or service improvement;
  • Strong IT skills with the capacity to learn how to use new systems if required.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the Digital Transformation Team and will assist with or lead aspects of the following:

  • Liaison with internal and external staff and agencies, including all levels of staff within the Trust, system suppliers and external agencies.
  • Planning and implementing a range of benefits and change management activities involving a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Support business change by analysing and documenting the gaps between current and future business processes and working with staff to develop implementation plans.
  • To support benefits baselining and realisation work within the programme.
  • To facilitate the identification and introduction of new business practices, maximising the benefits by aligning new technologies with opportunities for service improvement, staff development, and improved patient experience.
  • Maintain risk, issue and action logs and lesson learnt logs for the programme.
  • Support the maintenance of benefits registers, chasing up actions, conducting surveys and collecting information to support benefits analysis.
  • Provide administrative support for all meetings including room bookings, diary management, ensuring agendas and papers are distributed in accordance with terms of reference, documenting meeting outputs, and maintaining notes and actions, updating action, issue and risk logs as required.
  • Maintain all project documents including management of version control for key documents.
