Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

December/January Start**
£24,000 salary + £2kpayrise after promotion + commission from Day 1

- Tottenham Court Road (office includes an in house gym)

- 12 week trainee recruitment consultant academy

Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will spend your days rubbing shoulders with the best in the business, and placing exceptionally talented healthcare professionals into leading UK hospitals.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

Working on some of the most desirable senior healthcare roles on the market
Managing jobs and applicants
Genuinely making a difference to UK hospitals
Selling and negotiating
Managing the endtoend recruitment process
Being part of (and eventually leading) client pitches and briefings
Closing deals and earning commission

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Requirements:

Degree preferred, but NOT essential
Determined
Willing to go above and beyond for customer service
Careerdriven
Motivated
