Due to rapid expansion and growth we are looking for an experienced onsite recruitment co-ordinator/contract manager to work at one of our prestigious sites in Bardon, Coalville LE67 to support and lead the current onsite team.
This is a permanent role with some fantastic progression opportunities within the business.

Own transport will be essential for this role due to the location of the warehouse and flexibility required.
Your day to day role will include some of the following:
Leading the onsite team and branch team supporting the site
Daily checking in and reporting on staff attendance
Performance management
Management reports
New starter site inductions and tours
Payroll completion
Weekly and monthly KPI reporting
Planning for business peaks
Communication between supporting branches and the site
This role will involve NO recruitment. All recruitment and compliance will be controlled by the supporting branch.
Key skills:
Must have worked as an onsite recruitment coordinator/recruiter/contract manager previously for a minimum of 1 year
Ability to lead a small team
Be able to adapt to changing priorities and demands on the site
High level organisation skills and people management skills
Customer service skills
Must be a people person
Exceptionally high levels of Microsoft excel and competent in all IT skills
Must have a 'can do' attitude
Working hours:
Mon to Fri
Flexible hours start times 6am/7am - 3pm/5pm finish times
Salary:
£28,000 per annum basic salary
You will have you own company mobile phone and laptop.
