Introduction:


The purpose of the role is to lead, coordinate, integrate and manage resources to drive the delivery of a broad range of business activities, including providing the consolidated analysis of business demand and capability supply.


It is essential that you have experience of integrated business planning and experience of rolling out SAP (or similar) in another organisation.


Working Patterns:
Hybrid work - expected on site - 3 days per week.


Key responsibilities:


  • Overall lead for Business Support Discipline, and Group Functional Lead for Business Support supporting the company's Group Chief of Staff.
  • Accountable for setting the Business Support discipline strategy and delivering its operational performance.
  • Collaborating with subdiscipline leads on the resource supply solution to meet business demand, including arbitrating at an overall discipline level.
  • Thinking outcomes providing seamless cycle of forecast, plan, execute and control for people resources, assets, facilities, materials and other critical constraints, allowing for analysis of relevant scenario plans.
  • Own and deliver the Business Continuity planning.
  • Collaborating across the business to identify the longterm business resource demand requirement in support of workforce resourcing within matrix organisation, collaborating with HR on the strategic workforce planning process.
  • Lead for design and implementation phases of SAP platform.

Skills & experience:


  • SAP implementation/roll out experience.
  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning.
  • Someone who is an instinctive organiser with great communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Significant relevant experience within a large, complex, global organisation.
  • The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with senior stakeholders, across borders.
  • The ability to lead diverse teams, demonstrating strong line management capability.
