Do you have Project Controller experience, and are you seeking a new contract role in Coventry? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Project Controller, and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £50.47/hr (inside IR35).


As a Project Controller, you will work with the Head of PMO to promote and maintain project method(s), tools and standards, e.g.

document storage on Teams/Sharepoint, with the use of Action Logs for tracking actions and maintaining a risk register.

In your first few weeks in this Project Controller role, you can expect to:

  • Manage project team site including structure, content and security access, ensuring that the site remains fit for purpose
  • Follow document control procedure of formal and informal project deliverables on team site
  • Maintain and support project onboarding and offboarding processes, tools and documentation
  • Produce and maintain project team documentation, e.g Steering group packs, weekly status reports, induction packs, Project Management Plan, etc
  • Facilitate arrangements for governance meetings and largescale project workshops, issuing meeting invites and arranging room bookings
