A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced ER Advisor to join the HR team of a top Education group in South London.

Client Details
A top education group in South London.

Description
- advising on all matter ER, such as grievances, disciplinaries, increasing employee engagement, absence management, performance management etc.
- advising on and being the first point of contact for all HR queries.
- working alongside the recruitment team to understand gaps in the team, creating job descriptions, person specifications and action plans in order to forecast and fill vacancies.

Profile
- prior experience and thorough knowledge on all ER matters, such as disciplinary, grievance, appeals and early interventions with each to deescalate and reduce risk.
- empathetic management of absences, performance and capability issues.
- at least 2 years of HR Advisory experience, and a CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or relevant experience).
- prior experience within the Education sector.
