This is a varied and rewarding role working in a close knit team within a highly successful business. They are looking for someone who canmulti-taskeffectively,delivertodeadlines&havethe confidence/gravitas tointeractwithinternal and external stakeholders.

This role requires a pro-active disposition, natural organisational skills, attention to detail & the ability to learn quickly. Ingenuity is at the heart of this company, so creative flair is also useful.

Your role will involve:

Supporting customers with the design of their products either via the online editor or offline through design programs
Creating templates, setting up users and making corrections on the online editor
Sending mailers to customers
Checking artwork for issues, ensuring high quality of finished products
Liaising between client and printers when issues occur
Responding swiftly to customer queries
Liaising with developers to ensure best possible customer experience
Managing the production to ensure on time delivery
Using InDesign to place and edit covers for print
Preparing artwork for print and sending this to the printers
Liaising with printers to ensure any issues are resolved swiftly
Managing and dispatching direct deliveries
Liaise with photography companies to pay for release of copyright imagery
Strong client service ethic (both internal and external clients)
Strong organisational skills
High level of attention to detail
Good IT skills
A selfstarter, with gravitas / natural confidence
An understanding of SAP, DotDigital, Online Editor, InDesign, Excel would be advantageous, but not essential
