Description

Starting Salary could be increased based on experience

Responsibilities:


  • Placing orders for construction materials, negotiating best prices and prompt delivery
  • Keeping track of PO, deliveries and stock on sites
  • Assisting as a Customer Care Coordinator
  • Reconciling purchase orders to delivery notes /invoices and price checking
  • Tracking project spend/cost reports for management team on Excel
  • Assisting in tender preparation work for new jobs
  • Assisting in audits and preparation of various site policy documents
  • Assisting with paperwork/certificates/O&M information

Requirements:


  • GCSE equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English (preferred)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Good with people, must have a positive attitude and willing to learn for opportunity to progress within the company

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
