The Student Support & Advice Team has an exciting new opportunity to join their expanding team as a Student Success and Engagement Officer.

This role will give you the chance to make a difference, by offering early intervention support to students and identifying barriers to their success and engagement, to help them successfully complete their chosen academic programme.

As new members of the team, you will be encouraged to develop processes and procedures, generate resources and use your excellent interpersonal skills to manage interactions with students from all courses and year groups.

You will identify students who will benefit from the additional support, through the use of University student information management systems and liaising with academic staff and partners in other Professional Services departments.

This role will also allow you to use your skills to develop and deliver the promotional activity of these services we offer.

As one of the largest employers in the city, the University of Lincoln offers exciting career opportunities with the chance to grow and develop to reach your full potential.

We also offer a wide range of staff benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year pro rata (plus an additional 14 bank holiday and concessionary days), progressive pay rates, access to discounts at popular stores and more.

You will be an integral part of the Student Support & Advice Team, working in the Student Support Centre. Experience of offering high level support to students or clients is essential. If you think you'd be a great fit for this role, we'd love to hear from you.
