We are now looking for a Senior Legal Advisor to speak with new enquiries from people who want advice about the removal of a CCJ (County Court Judgment) We are a small but busy office environment.

Client Advising experience is essential, PPI, Debt Management, Insolvency, litigation along with experience of working in a professional office. Full training will be provided. We are a not for profit Legal Advice Agency and help defendants to remove wrongfully entered CCJ's. You must be proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word attention to detail is essential.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to create a role in a small firm that is looking to expand, if you like being busy and thrive on delivering a good service to your clients this is the role for you.

We are a helpful friendly helpful team, and we help people to move forward in life. This role is a combination of telephone advising and effective administration. We have found that this role works best for local people that can travel to work independently.

Duties include:
Dealing with clients enquiries and explaining the service we provide

This is NOT "sales" this is professional advising and ensuring we understand the clients case and asking the right questions to ensure that we are aware of all the facts.

Calling Previous enquiries that have not been contacted or need a follow up call
Answer the telephone and give advice in a professional manner
