We're seeking an exceptional Creative Director with a go-getter attitude to lead a creative team for a period of 9 months, covering paternity leave.


You'll be tasked with managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders and agencies, while developing impactful, original, and innovative ideas executed with precision and flair, in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

As our Creative Director, you'll have the opportunity to work on various creative projects and represent the company to diverse audience groups.

You will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary global team and reporting directly to the CMO.

Working closely with internal clients, you'll turn briefs into compelling and successful pieces of designed creative, with a keen eye for detail and a pursuit for visual perfection in every output.

You must be hands-on, possess a strong work ethic and determination to complete tasks promptly in a high-pressure environment that provides you with opportunities to learn and grow.


From a technical perspective, you must have a fantastic creative eye, be a master of the Adobe Suite, and possess an excellent understanding of the Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint.

You must have the ability to interpret briefs, be highly organized, and manage your own projects from start to finish.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative team, developing and executing impactful, original, and innovative design concepts for a variety of creative projects, while embodying the values of acting now and owning all the way, thinking big and making an impact.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders and agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work effectively in a highpressure environment and possess an excellent work ethic and drive to meet project deadlines and achieve outstanding results.
  • Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and translate briefs into compelling and successful pieces of designed creative.
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team to ensure consistency of brand and messaging across all projects.
  • Take ownership of the creative process, presenting and pitching ideas to clients when required.
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence and enjoy bringing together and coordinating many stakeholders to work towards a common goal.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, incorporating them into designs where relevant.

Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A degree in design or a related field is preferred, with experience in a similar role.
  • Management experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience serving, collaborating with, and influencing executive management.
  • Successful experience in visual brand management and content creation in a direct management/supervisory role.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to develop and execute impactful, original, and innovative design concepts.
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to strive for visual perfection in every output.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A very, very good sense of humour.

Additional Beneficial Skills

  • Experience in financial services or a similar industry.
  • Experience in UI/UX design.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS.
  • Motion graphics and animation experience.
