Client Details
Our client is a well established small business near Gamston, Nottingham. It has a friendly and supportive team of 4 in finance.


Description


You will be reporting into the Head of Finance and will be working as part of a team of 4 in finance.

You will be responsible for purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control, and if desired you can support with payroll.

Your duties will include, butwill not be limited to:


  • Building relationships with customers
  • Issuing monthly statements to customers
  • Supporting customer with their invoice queries
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Processing card payments
  • Raising purchase orders and obtaining authorisation
  • Inputting and coding purchase invoices
  • Setting up new suppliers and updating existing suppliers on the systems
  • Updating the payroll clocking in report with hours worked, holidays and absence
  • Supporting colleagues with their workload during absence and holidays

Profile

Job Offer

Our client is offering:

  • A salary between £22,000 and £25,000
  • 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
