We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Assistant to speak both German and English.

These positions are Hybrid for central London (1 day per week)

Main Purpose of role:

Dealing with customer quires on our system and translating replies from English to German and German to English.
To deliver customer service / excellence in all aspects of supporting the clients customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German.
You will handle communications from customers enquiries,
Updating customer details (address, payment methods),

The Multilingual Consultant will report into the German Team Leader.

You should have:

A natural ability to communicate and empathise
A confident and professional manner
A real willingness to help a customer with their challenge
The desire to have fun at work

Salary:
£11.00/ph OTE; £10.00/ph + benefits

Commission:
Uncapped commission structure rewarded for sales results, paid out monthly. On target earnings of £5000 per annum

Progression:
Agents can progress to positions such as Support Agent, Helpdesk Agent, Senior
Agent, Trainer, Quality Support Executive and Team Manager.

Hours: 40 per week (5 days) Standard Office hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday &
8am - 4pm Saturday to Sunday. Hours each week will be outlined in a monthly rota.
