Description
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee food & bar operations. Responsibilities to include managing stock, serving guests, setting function rooms, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality.You need to have excellent organisation skills, be passionate about the role and have excellent customer sevice skills.
The following experience and qualifications required:
- A good standard of English and maths, eduacted to GCSE level or equivalent
- Level 2 Food Hygiene or equivalent
- Experience within a similar working environment
- Micros/Epos or similar till system experience
- Supervision of a team of staff
- Proven experience of team training and motivation
Preferred experience and qualifications required:
- Celler Management Certificate or equivalent experience
- Any F&B related certificates
- 1st Aid Trained
- National Licensee or equivalent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
