An impressive Real Estate and Property franchise are looking to add a Finance Manager to their growing and modern finance team.

Across the Group they are trusted to manage over 65,000 properties, regularly reporting record annual results.

Perhaps most importantlyfor existing and future franchisees, they are incredibly proud to have achieved 24 years of unbroken profit growth.


Duties for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Production of the quarterly consolidated accounts.
  • Review of quarterly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of the accounts and appropriate controls in place.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the financial reporting pack for the board.
  • OFNS Surveys / Statutory reporting for a large company.
  • Overseeing the monthly payroll process.
  • Processing monthly VAT returns & PAYE/CIS returns.
  • Ownership of the weekly cash flow forecast, and responsibility for managing the shortterm and longterm cash requirements.
  • Overseeing the transactional finance function.
  • Reviewing / approving weekly payment runs.
  • Management of the company's corporate cards.
  • Preparation of the yearend audit and key point of contact for external auditors.
  • Assisting in preparing detailed annual budgets for our large customer contracts, and dealing with the associated queries as required.
  • Assisting with the roll out of a new company system.
