Description

We have an exciting vacancy for a Merchandising Assistant with an ELITE luxury jewellery company based in London.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Merchandising Partners to execute stock allocations and replenishment strategies.
Monitor inventory levels regularly and take proactive rebalancing actions to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Utilise sales data and historical performance to make data-driven allocation decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the development and maintenance of allocation strategies, including initial allocations and size distributions
Assist the Merchandising Team in preparing and delivering product presentations
Provide the daily support to stores, including handling requests, coordinating deliveries, and managing stock inquiries to optimize sales potential
Coordinate regional shipments by liaising with the Shipping and Sales Liaison Departments.
Assisting Merchandising implementing regional Pricing updates
Organise and maintain product passports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

Skills and Ability:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; experience with PowerBI is a plus
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and excellent numerical sense
Highly driven, self-motivated & curious
Effective communication skill and a good team player
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Interest in Jewellery and some diamond knowledge is beneficial
A first experience in Retail Merchandising will be appreciated

Salary:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
