Job overview:


Royal Oldham Hospital are pleased to offer full and part time vacancies for committed, dynamic and enthusiastic midwives who would like to join our inpatient midwifery teams.

This post will provide you with an opportunity to care for women who are receiving care on our antenatal ward including induction of labour, enhanced recovery bay (following planned caesarean section), labour ward and postnatal ward.


This is an exciting time to join our maternity services as we implement new pathways of care to improve safety and the experience of women and their families.

We welcome new ideas and suggestions for service improvement from our team and actively support development of individuals and teams.


Main duties of the job:


Provision of midwifery care to women admitted to the antenatal ward, enhanced recovery bay, labour ward and postnatal ward at ROH.
