As a Team Mobilisation & Implementation Officer (Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist) for planned care you will provide comprehensive support around recruitment, onboarding and retention for community teams and operational management within planned care.
This will include engaging with the Operational Leads and their community teams to develop and maintain successful recruitment onboarding and retention processes and systems, along with creating and managing documentation to support these.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all elements of recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure an effective and informed first point of contact to all stakeholders.
To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment activity, providing support to facilitate and implement any improvements within the processes.
