Cove Recruitment are proud to have collaborated with a successful and rapidly growing company that has undergone modernisation, and has recently unveiled their new e-commerce site and is now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their friendly and enthusiastic team.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to push through the ranks of an innovative company, can deliver first class service, and is looking to develop their knowledge around e-commerce websites?

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Updating our client's ecommerce website and listing new products.
Provide excellent customer service skills and act as first point of contact for customers.
Providing customers with correct, accurate information and promoting products when necessary.
Updating customer records and processing data.
Using Microsoft Excel to cross reference stock when necessary.
General Administrative tasks.

WHAT WE NEED?

The ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.
The ability to multitask and provide accurate information, whilst communicating with customers and inputting data.
Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve, providing overall customer satisfaction.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Previous experience within customer or technical support capacity would be an advantage.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Monday-Friday (8AM5PM)
Salary up to 24k + 3k per year profit share paid annually (salary negotiable)
25 days holiday + bank holiday

Profit sharing
A generous 6% pension contribution
