Cove Recruitment are proud to have collaborated with a successful and rapidly growing company that has undergone modernisation, and has recently unveiled their new e-commerce site and is now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their friendly and enthusiastic team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Updating our client's ecommerce website and listing new products.
- Provide excellent customer service skills and act as first point of contact for customers.
- Providing customers with correct, accurate information and promoting products when necessary.
- Updating customer records and processing data.
- Using Microsoft Excel to cross reference stock when necessary.
- General Administrative tasks.
WHAT WE NEED?
- The ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to multitask and provide accurate information, whilst communicating with customers and inputting data.
- Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve, providing overall customer satisfaction.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience within customer or technical support capacity would be an advantage.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Monday-Friday (8AM5PM)
- Salary up to 24k + 3k per year profit share paid annually (salary negotiable)
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday
