Description

We are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our clients, an independent Engineering and Surveying practice in the Leicestershire area.

Working hours:

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll be required to work full-time.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be offered:

£26,000
£30,000 per annum
Longterm development and growth
Hybrid Working
25 days holidays
Training and Development

To be considered for the Graduate Building Surveyor role you must have:

RICS Accredited Building degree
Excellent Communication skills
Driving Licence and Own Transport

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, your role will involve:

Party Wall Surveying
CDM commissions
Assisting with asbestos surveys
Carrying out a schedule of conditions
General Technical Support
