Senior Infrastructure Engineer

£50,000 - £60,000

A new Senior Infrastructure Engineer position has become available within an enterprise business in Bristol. Working withing the IT Operations team is pivotal in supporting and delivering the organisations IT infrastructure. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer,you will be involved in key business Projects, design, implementation and BAU support.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure manager, this is a hands-on role in an extremely high performing team, covering a range of infrastructure technologies.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer experience required:

Experience within a 3rd line IT infrastructure support/project team
Experience of working within a Cloud environment (AWS OR Azure)
Design and support experience of at least 3 of the following vendors' products; Microsoft, RedHat, VMware, PaloAlto, SQL,& O365 Exchange, Veeam, Patching Solutions, Nimble or similar storage solutions, Infrastructure Hardware Experience.
Insatiable appetite for learning new infrastructure technologies.
Exceptional communication skills and customer focus.

The business operates in a hybrid working model where you will be expected to be onsite 2/3 days per week.
