Millthorpe School is seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to build on the continued development of our successful Global Communication faculty.

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague, with a proven record or the promise of outstanding practice, to enable our students to be the best that they can be.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a current or aspiring leader to continue to shape a faculty that is striving to be outstanding.


The Global Communications Faculty comprises Modern Foreign Languages (currently French and German), Business Studies and Computing, and consists of five experienced teachers (four part time, one full time) teaching either MFL or Computing, including Subject Leaders for French and Computing.


Millthorpe is a popular and successful school rooted in its community close to the heart of the historic city of York.

You will be joining a warm, inclusive and motivated team of over 100 colleagues.
