Description
We are a Blackpool-based nationwide maintenance company providing property maintenance services to lenders, asset managers and LPA receivers. We deal with vacant and occupied properties both residential and commercial.

We are ISO 9001, ConstructionLine Gold and Safe Contractor accredited and strive to be the best at what we do.

We are a very busy office so the pace is fast and there is never a dull moment.


If you have any experience in property maintenance/letting agency and are a fast learner, great multitasker, and a good communicator, this job is for you.

Good telephone manners and IT skills are a must.


Main Purpose of Job:


To carry out the day to day office duties to ensure all deadlines are met as per our clients' expectations and Service Level Agreements.


Main Task of Job:


  • Completing daily diaries which include chasing contractors and reporting back to clients
  • Receiving and acknowledging jobs from clients
  • Inputting job data onto the systems accurately
  • Allocating Jobs to Operatives and Subcontractors
  • Checking pictures received from contractors and ensure full works are completed to a satisfactory standard
  • Assisting with the daily queries raised by Operatives and Sub-Contractors
  • Compiling colour portfolios, clearance and maintenance pictures and send to the clients
  • Calculating quotes & sending to the clients


The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Training on the job will be provided.

Salary dependant on experience and will be evaluated after the successful completion of the training.

On successful completion of the probation period, all employees are signed up to Westfield Health Scheme and Nest Pension.


Holiday allowance starts are 20 days plus bank holidays, which increases to 23 days after 3 full years of employment and 25 days after full 5 years of employment.

The office is closed for Christmas/New Year period.
